Our Wines
Sancerre AOC (appellation d'origine contrôlée)
We produce only white wine (Sauvignon Blanc grape variety).
Our determined respect for tradition leads us to limit yields naturally and focus on the vinification and quality of our wines.
Cuvée "Tradition"
Sancerre Blanc, fresh and fruity, with the frank aromas of Sauvignon and light taste of flint. A mineral wine from predominantly flint soil. Vinified in tanks. Enjoy traditionally chilled to 10°C as an aperitif or with a fine meal of seafood, fish, quiches, terrines, fruit salads….

Cuvée "Le Manoir"
Round and elegant with light wood aromas and packed with luscious fruit flavor. Le Manoir is named after the vineyard of limestone-clay soil from which it is produced. This fine wine is vinifed in oak barrels from 3 to 4 years. Serve Le Manoir at around 10°C, it is a marvellous companion to white meats in sauce and prepared foods. Also delicious as an aperitif or as a delightful accompaniment to foie gras.

Sancerre Rosé
Pinot noir from a flinty plot located above the Sancerre walls. Pressed and then vinified in tanks. Drink chilled to around 10°C with barbecue, exotic and spiced dishes, or cooked pork meats.
